Our CDPH Compliant Non-Toxic Wood Coatings

If you know us here at Vermont Natural Coatings, then you know how serious we take safety and sustainability. That's why we now have two CDPH compliant wood coatings! Let's talk about it 👇

What Does it Mean to be CDPH Certified?

The CDPH Standard Method V1.2 is the strictest emissions and air quality test in the nation. Our products were tested in small-scale environmental chambers, meant to mimic real life indoor spaces. During the test, VOC emissions and indoor air quality were measured over a specific period of time to see how they affected the air quality of these environments.

Products that are certified by the CDPH Standard Method V1.2 are deemed as safe for use in indoor spaces such as homes, offices, and classrooms as they are not negatively contributing to the indoor air quality of a space thus not bringing any health effects upon those who use those indoor spaces.
